Meet Lorinda DiGiovanni

“After being raised in Arizona and then living in Central California, I moved to Southlake, Texas, in 2001 with my husband and our 5 children. All of my children graduated from Carroll schools and have gone onto fulfilling careers. I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 40 years and presently have 14 wonderful grandchildren. My passion for making a house into a warm and inviting family home has been with me since our first apartment. I’ve always tried to make our home a comfortable fit for my family and friends. I pursued this passion of mine by getting my real estate license.
My professional philosophy has been to help my clients have a fun and non-stressful journey in selling or finding their new home. I feel it’s very important that communication between my clients and myself is top priority. I like to respond to texts, emails and phone calls promptly while navigating the process to make it a smooth and efficient transaction. I especially enjoy the relationships that develop between myself and my clients. They become lifelong friends! I also have personal and professional knowledge of the metroplex which helps me guide clients to the proper home that fits their family best. 
Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy personal fitness, pickle ball and travel. I have a passion also for decorating, remodeling and personalizing my home. I also enjoy organizing a home in a functional and aesthetically pleasing way. (I feel this can be helpful in the process of either selling or buying your home!)
